Using Security Zones

The principal tool that all versions of Internet Explorer since 4.0 have provided is a set of security "zones." With these zones, you can segregate the Web sites you visit into categories, depending on the degree of trust you accord them. To each zone, you can apply a constellation of security settings so that the sites you trust are given greater latitude than the ones you do not trust.
