Prenatal Exercises

Prenatal exercises are muscle activities that strengthen the pelvic and perineal regions for the preparation of birth process and promote rapid restoration of muscle tone after birth.

OBJECTIVES
  1. Increases blood circulation throughout the body.
  2. Strengthens the tone of the muscles in the pelvic and perineal regions.
  3. Reduces fatigue.
  4. Encourages relaxation during labour.
  5. Promotes physical comfort and correct posture.
  6. Promotes good body mechanics.
PRECAUTIONS
