Building a Traffic Manager

In this section, you will learn how to create a Traffic Manager via the performance routing method to distribute traffic across multiple App Services. To create a new Traffic Manager, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Azure portal and open the Traffic Manager profiles blade.
2. To create a new Traffic Manager profile, click on Add.
3. A new blade will open where you have to specify the following:
   • Name: This will be the name of the Traffic Manager.
   • Routing method: This is where you need to specify the routing method that will fulfill your needs.
