Okay, let's build this. It's time to map out your signature course. By the end of this chapter you'll know what your course is called, what the modules are and what points you're going to cover in each of them. It's going to be real — it's happening for you now, so get ready! Let go of any self-limiting beliefs, let go of your fear, and start creating your awesome, life-changing, world-changing signature course.
Your course creation road map
Your signature course is the first thing you'll launch out into the world. You may already have about 20 potential courses in mind! Resist trying to do everything at once. Launch one thing well before allowing yourself to turn your attention to the next one. I like to set a benchmark. For example, if your goal is to reach $10 000 from your first course, then focus on that and only that until you reach that goal. Only then should you allow yourself to launch your second course. Some very successful course creators, people like Denise Duffield-Thomas (you'll meet Denise later in the book) and Amy Porterfield, have experienced massive success by refining and relaunching the same signature course again and again, year after year. The simplest way to start in the online course world is with a six- to eight-week course on doing what you do best.
