Mind Chi planning in action
To turn a Mind Chi Plan into your new reality you need to put Mind Chi in action. This means applying your plan to the Mind Chi Basic – 8 minutes a day routine and taking an action step:
Apply your Mind Chi Basic routine to your plan for 28 days, following the guidelines on page 79.
Identify what practical actions and steps you need to take to move from your current reality to reach your desired goal.
Take one of those steps ever day.
