Do you find you often compare yourself to other people? Perhaps you find yourself looking at the enviable figures of celebrities, comparing your achievements to your colleagues, scrolling through social media and noticing what wonderful lives all your ‘friends’ have while you deem yourself less worthy, feeling dissatisfied, sad and stressed. You may notice that this can lead to the expectations that you place on yourself forever increasing.
