Below the Model Name you put the name for your model. You can also set the model it should start with under Base Class. For Sam’s Mob, this is
ModelBiped. If you want to start with a completely empty model, simply select
ModelBase. The last setting you can set in the New Model window is the texture size. For most entities, a 64×32 texture works just fine, but if the entity is going to be very large, you might need a bigger texture.
Once you have selected the settings you want, click Create. With
ModelBiped selected as the starting model, Techne now looks like Figure 18.2.
