I wanted to learn C and C++, but it didn't click for me until I picked up an O'Reilly book. When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.

The order in which you mix the different instruments and sections within your production can have huge consequences for the final sonics, so the first way you can make sense of the mixing process is by working out where to start.

Almost every piece of music worth the name has sections that can be considered emotional high points, and a series of drop-downs and buildups connecting them.
