So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

En France, c’est la notion de harcèlement moral en général, et non celle de mobbing, peu connue, qui est ancrée dans la loi. Cette notion est toutefois sujette à critiques et à discussions. En Suisse, si la notion de harcèlement sexuel est ancrée dans la loi, celle de harcèlement psychologique, utilisée comme synonyme de mobbing, est une construction doctrinale et jurisprudentielle. La jurisprudence suisse a donc comme rôle délicat et ardu d’adopter une définition qui puisse appréhender le phénomène en général et résoudre les cas d’espèce.
