We've spent the past eight chapters delving into very concrete, highly actionable elements of mobile marketing in a step-by-step fashion. As we move into the final two chapters of the book, we enter more prospective territory containing less familiar ground. New technologies continue to stretch the boundaries even as mobile strives to become a mainstream marketing channel. Part of the future of both mobile marketing and marketing in general will be defined by the growing links between mobile, social, and geo-location, which we covered in detail in Chapter 7.
