In my experience, mobile users expect to get your content anytime from any smart device. They have incredibly high expectations—expectations set by some very well-designed mobile apps and sites that are, in some cases, superior in design and experience to their desktop counterparts.

But this means that your content has to work harder than ever. And that means your plans to mobilize your website can’t leave out some careful attention paid to your content.
