Besides custom designing your own mobile presentation of web content, there are several mobile frameworks that are available. These touch-optimized web frameworks provide some wonderful design patterns and efficiencies for your projects. One mobile framework that has been in development for over a year and is becoming well-established is jQuery Mobile.
