I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Email etiquette
The explosive growth of email has created many problems, mainly because there have never been any strict standards or guidelines on how to use it. An informal online culture has evolved over the years, but there has never been one definitive guide to common standards and expectations among users. Consequently, systems have been overloaded, miscommunication has been rampant, reputations have been damaged, feelings have been hurt, and time has been wasted.
Another consideration is that because of the apparent informality of email, things are often written in an email message that would not be written in a business letter. This can have serious implications for some businesses, which may find themselves facing legal action. ...
