The Future of Embedded Systems
The preceding chapters have rightly focused on embedded systems as they exist today. However, as with all areas of science and technology, engineers must be looking to the future in order to increase the odds that their products and technologies will be designed and implemented with durable value. We now look forward, to explore the trends and expectations that are likely to shape embedded systems in the near future.
