This book started in earnest as a summation of lessons I’ve learned during more than 20 years as I’ve helped my clients construct and manage effective mentoring cultures within their respective organizations. As such, I owe a great debt of gratitude to these clients for their willingness to apply the principles of modern mentoring to real-life business environments. Without them, the ideas I’ve had swirling in my mind over the years would still be unproven theories.
