Enabling Meaningful Communication and Collaboration
When I was in my 30s, my career idol at the time was a very charismatic and articulate nonprofit leader who influenced the kindness movement and helped shape the notion of pay-it-forward. He was one of the best examples of a servant leader that I had come across at that point in my life. I had always told myself that if I ran into this leader, I would tell him how much I respected and admired his work and how it had always been a dream of mine to work for him.
