In Chapter 1, you learned about the various mechanisms for accessing information on a Windows server. In this chapter, you will learn how to access that information for Exchange Server 2007.

Each and every server has certain key metrics that you will be interested in:

  • Memory usage and historical utilization

  • Processor usage and historical utilization

  • Disk usage and historical utilization
