Chapter 11. Getting Examples
In our experience, eliciting examples from customers is a powerful way to guide development with both the technology and business-facing tests. Examples form the heart of Quadrants 1 and 2, whether it’s a paper prototype, a flow diagram drawn on the whiteboard, or a spreadsheet with inputs and expected outputs. In Agile Testing, we talked about examples in just about every chapter, and that’s true in this book as well. One of our favorite questions we ask if we’re not sure about what is under discussion is, “Can you give me an example of that?” We suggest you do the same.
