REDUCING E-MAIL VOLUME

You can do a number of things to reduce the amount of e-mail you receive:

• Unsubscribe.

• Create a delete rule.

• Create rules for projects and people.

• Tell people you’re making changes in your e-mail practices.

Taking the time to diminish the amount of incoming e-mail will have an immediate payoff. Try some of these methods to reduce the size of your inbox.
