Treating Low JML Scores

Each of the seven JML components is a surface indicator of underlying job motivation level. With demotivated employees, component scores are good indicators of the demotivation problem—like symptoms of an underlying illness. When there is a motivation problem, then it will be reflected in one or more employee motivation symptoms, such as not working as much as they should or not working as hard as they could.
