Using the Incentive Profile

To learn more about any individual employee's work incentives— including your own (which is a helpful thing in any career planning you may do)—you need to create an incentive profile. Like a lot of things in life, there is an easy and a hard way to do this, and the hard way produces more accurate results. If I were running a workshop or doing a consulting project for you, I'd take you through a detailed survey instrument to find out about your incentive profile. That is the most accurate way, but there is a shorter version too, and this ''easy way'' is reasonably accurate. Best of all, it only takes a minute.
