Declare It Center is a set of processes to systematize, scale, share, and sustain the best approaches to solving complex problems and seizing new opportunities. It involves taking new information, discoveries, innovations, and data from Move to the Edge experiments, and then building infrastructure that embeds this new information into a repeatable, reliable system. Infrastructure is important because it coordinates people, technology, and operations, so that the new approach can scale, be shared, and be sustained. Without attention to Declare It Center processes, even the best solutions will fall short of the outcomes they were designed to achieve. This chapter will explore processes and case studies that different organizations and individuals use to Declare It Center. Before these case studies, let's look at a few short examples that expand on some of the concepts.
