Operations Strategy Sample Format
Following is a sample format for an operations strategy framework. It is from a real middle market manufacturer with the names and some details changed to mask the company. Note how brief it is and how it establishes priorities for action. It assumes there will be a series of task forces created for implementation, all reporting to a leadership task force who will monitor activity and establish accountability. Also note how the culture and values of the company are called out in the initial parts of the framework.
