The majority of the time companies bring me in to “fix” their OKRs. they do so because they don’t see the results they were hoping for. They express that their OKRs are anything but thriving. My question to them is simple: Do you and your teams have weekly check-ins on your OKRs? Most of the time the answer is no. Sometimes they tell me they’ve tried and it didn’t work, because the check-ins were just an extra burden on the team’s already busy schedule.
