Chapter 36. Formatting Tables
Once you’ve created or imported a table, it’s time to begin formatting it. In this chapter, we begin by discussing how to select tables and parts of tables. We then discuss the tools for formatting tables—the commands under the Table menu, the Table palette and other palettes and context menus. We cover how to change a table’s structure—its size, the rows and columns that make it up, and the strokes and fills of the individual cells. Finally, we discuss table alignment and spacing.
