MPLS-TC MIB

This appendix will provide information about the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) MPLS Working Group’s document entitled “Definitions of Textual Conventions and OBJECT-IDENTITIES for Multi-Protocol Label Switching Management.” This document is most colloquially known as the MPLS-TC MIB. This MIB module is a little different from typical MIBs in that it only contains textual conventions, which are imported by all of the other MPLS MIB modules. Although not warranting a complete chapter because it contains no objects that are read or written to manage an MPLS network, we felt that this document should be explained here for completeness and as a reference.
