First and foremost I want to thank my Ph.D. advisor Dr. Louis Klein. It has been an honour to be a Ph.D. student in the frame of the first edition of the ICCPM (International Center for Complex Project Management) programme initiated by Dr. Louis Klein at the Humboldt Viadrina School of Governance. He has taught me, both consciously and unconsciously, how good research is done and how to think critically about my assumptions.
