A research framework for Multilingual Information Management
Abstract
This chapter discusses the conceptual pillars underpinning an interdisciplinary approach to the literature in the Information Systems, Translation Studies, Information Literacy and Business Management domains and presents a research model designed to investigate ICT adoption in the particular context of MIPs. To this end, informant domains are analysed, a conceptual framework is set out, and a research model is defined in detail.
