In this chapter, we conclude with a discussion of the stylised growth and development strategy system and behaviour of MNC Chinese subsidiaries, based on the empirical findings.

This study focused on the growth and development strategies of MNC subsidiaries in China. We analysed the roles and strategic choices for overseas subsidiaries of multinational corporations.
