You are moving through the elements to bring your idea to life. Now you need to identify how you will get your offering to the end user. Will you sell it yourself, or will it be through other channels?
Working through this chapter will enable you to identify:
- where you could sell your offering
- what that may cost you.
How will your product or service physically reach your end user? Which sales channel will work best for you? Where you sell your offering needs to be carefully considered, not only in terms of the ease of which your customer can find your offering but also in how well you be represented by that particular sales channel. Do they match your brand? Will you be well represented there?
