How much profit will I make?
How much profit will you make? This is the question at the heart of every business. It’s time to get your calculators out, as in this chapter you will be working through the following:
- working out how much you will sell
- calculating how much profit or loss you will make in the first year
- estimating your revenues and expenses for each month in the first year.
I know that one of the biggest concerns about starting your own business is whether or not it will make any money. I am a big advocate of women doing what they love, and earning what they are worth. It’s important to ensure that you make the money you need and deserve from your business venture. Don’t let your business become a charity.
