5.5. Staffing for Strategic Projects
As I said previously, staffing for projects that fall out of the realm of new implementation or operational changes tend to fall into the category of strategic changes. Three core types of strategic changes include the following: (1) discrete technology “refreshes,” (2) larger scale SAP infrastructure projects or consolidation efforts, and finally (3) SAP functional upgrades, all of which are tackled next.
