This Radio Station License Renewal Guide is intended to provide all of the essential materials and information necessary to guide licensees through a successful experience in obtaining license renewal from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC/Commission). However, it is not intended as a substitute for individualized legal advice. Broadcasters using these materials and information are encouraged to consult early and frequently with their own counsel on issues specific to their stations.
