What to Keep, What to Toss, and Where to Keep It (Radio Stations)
This checklist can be used as a tool to regularly check your station’s compliance with the FCC’s public file requirements. Radio licensees must keep all of the materials listed below onsite at the station’s main studio (or other FCC-approved location) and available for public inspection during regular business hours. The documents may be kept either in (1) paper form or (2) electronic form as long as a computer terminal also is available on site for public use.
