This checklist can be used as a tool to regularly check your station’s compliance with the FCC’s public file requirements. It incorporates changes imposed under the FCC’s April 2012 “Online Public File” order, which went into effect on August 2, 2012.

Stations should pay close attention to the columns below that indicate who is responsible for uploading particular records into the station’s online public file, which is kept on an FCC-hosted server.
