Physical Properties of Hydrates

Abstract

Physical properties include: molar mass, density, enthalpy of fusion, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity. Comparisons are made with the properties of ice. Also given in this chapter is a discussion of the volume of gas trapped inside the hydrate solid.
