4.15. Vessels
4.15.1. Code, regulations, and standards
All design and construction shall be in accordance with the latest edition of ASME Section VIII, Division 1, “Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.”
All pressure vessels shall be inspected and “U” stamped in accordance with ASME Code and also in accordance with other applicable Codes subject to Company's approval. Applicable Registry Certificates shall be provided for each vessel.
In all cases where more than one code or standard applies to the same conditions, the most stringent shall be followed.
