14.19.1. Scope and objectives of financial analysis
A feasibility study, as mentioned earlier, is a tool for providing potential investors, promoters, and financiers with the information required to decide whether to undertake an investment and whether to finance such a project.
The financial analysis and final project appraisal should involve the assessment, analysis, and evaluation of the required project inputs; the output to be produced; and the future net profits, and these should all be mentioned in financial terms.
