15.8. Supply of spare parts, miscellaneous equipment and materials, chemicals and catalysts
Supply of spare parts and other special items may be included in the Contract in the lump sum price and/or as reimbursable items. However, in any case, an expert team of the Company consisting of the necessary specialists in the various fields is required to review the Contractor and/or Vendor(s) recommendations and issue final Company approval for supply of spare parts.
