Absorbed Gas    Absorbed gas is natural gas that has been dissolved into the rock and requires hydraulic fracturing to be released.
Absorption    Absorption is a process in which the liquid (absorbent) flows countercurrent to a gas stream for the purpose of removing one or more constituents (absorbate) from that gas.
Accumulation    Pressure increase over the maximum allowable working pressure of the vessel during discharge through the pressure relief valve (expressed as a percent of that pressure) is called accumulation.
Acid Gas Loading    Acid gas loading is the amount of acid gas, on a molar or volumetric basis, that will be picked up by a solvent.
