A17.1 If you have an interest in learning and mastering a profession—project management or any other—then there is no better way to learn the craft than by having a mentor by your side. A mentor is a trusted counselor and subject-matter expert whose primary objective is to help a mentee be more effective in a specific area of interest by helping develop the mentee’s potential.
