A29.1 | Simply put: Project tracking is all about staying in control. Project planning is about getting in control, but no sooner is the plan complete and approved than it begins to unravel before us. Project tracking has been compared to herding cats. The plan must be routinely tracked so that those involved understand and can compensate for the ongoing dynamics and changes occurring throughout the project. |
