Set the Bar High

WHILE it is recommended to walk away from less than optimal arrangements, doing so with no other option in sight is an extremely risky move. Actually, risky is a euphemistic term for this type of behavior. Lack of options will leave you exposed, vulnerable, and powerless in the negotiation process. Beggars cannot be choosy. Therefore, if you want to have the freedom and luxury of choosing the best offer, you will first have to create the desire for your offering.
