So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Features of the Common Language Specification
Whereas CTS specifies the types that are available to be used by programs and applications in the .NET Framework, the Common Language Specification specifies how those types are to be used in a consistent manner to ensure compatibility with other languages.
