This book is written specifically for programmers interested in .NET security and cryptography, not for system administrators. Therefore, we do not attempt to describe more than a small fraction of the skills needed by professional system administrators. However, every programmer must have some administrative skills to be effective software developers, and security programming is no exception. Therefore, this book does explore some aspects of administration as it directly relates to the tasks of .NET security programming.
