Chapter 6. European-Based Netsourcing Case Studies
In Chapter 5 we presented five U.S.-based cases studies.In this chapter we examine five European-based suppliers and their customers: the Lodge, marviQ, SAP, Siennax, and Vistorm. The executive summaries highlight the customer and supplier lessons of these five cases, followed by the in-depth cases themselves. In the summary at the end of this chapter we analyze all 10 cases by comparing suppliers' strategies for offering netsourcing as a sole or complementary delivery channel, targeting customers, and providing infrastructure.
