We are required to build a search to identify customers in New York, sorted by customer name, with tier 1 customers appearing in red. Provide the user with the ability to refine the search by customer tier and make the search available to all sales reps so that they can place it on their dashboards:
- Go to Lists | Search | Saved Search | New and select Customer.
- Name the search with a descriptive name in accordance with a naming convention. There will be many searches created in your account and you want to be able to easily identify what the search does and who created it. I would recommend a naming convention beginning with the creator's initials. I will name my search AB | Customers in NY.
