If you want to change any aspect of the existing columns, select the column on the right-hand side of the screen and the options below that field. The options will change depending on the type of field you select. A dollar value field will give you the ability to set formatting options such as whether to divide by 1,000 or to format negative numbers in a certain way, such as in red or with a minus sign. We can change the label of the column and drop decimals if necessary. There are also options to perform calculations on that column using the Summary field, as well as adding a grand total and a percentage of the total into the results of that column:
