This annex forms an integral part of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU-T) X.121 Recommendation.
ITU-T Recommendation X.121 was revised by ITU-T Study Group 7 (1993–1996) and was approved under the World Telecommunication Standardization Conference (WTSC), Resolution No. 1 procedure on October 5, 1996.
