Delivery Methods
When you are certain which information you want to include, the next step is to determine the method or methods you are going to use to deliver it. You have several options, depending on the resources and capabilities available to you and, more importantly, available to the new employee. The delivery methods fall into three broad categories:
manager- or supervisor-facilitated delivery
technology- and computer-based delivery
self-directed or self-study delivery.
You may choose one of the delivery methods or create any combination. Once again, your organization’s unique circumstances and its management philosophy will drive the decisions.
